Our basement has been flooded 4 times since we bought our house. Basement Systems was able to find out where the problem is and fix it. The process was quick,professional and very efficient. The installers did a great job and were very careful about our property. Basement Systems installed a a new box drain and sump pump for is. I love my sump pump. Sometimes I go down in the basement and just look at it!! It's very high tech and works so well. I would highly recommend this company for anything that involves your basement.

We had an exterior drain installed at our basement door along with a Super Sump pump. The inspection and installation process was amazingly seamless.  The crew knew exactly what had been proposed to me earlier and took great care of our basement and yard.  The work was completed very quickly but with professional care.  The system even recently had to work through all the rain and I have a dry basement now! This company is worth your time if you are in need of basement waterproofing

The company took on an admittedly difficult task, involving removing the old sump pump, which was in an awkward location in a small landing with limited access. When they removed the old pump pit, I watched them fill the old location carefully, and then cement over it. The landing looks brand new now. The new sump pump required installing a new pipe through the foundation wall, which was then directed to drain in a much better way than our previous system.  The basement waterproofing crew then dug out a channel along the basement perimeter, only removing a minimal amount of floor. We moved most of our furnishings and belongings out of the space, and covered the others with plastic drop cloth, because this process can be dusty. The workers walked me through the process at every step, and actually took time to teach me about how to control humidity and air quality in the basement. The waterproofing system was installed in a day, and then the following day, the team covered the system with concrete, resulting in a smooth finish around the inside perimeter. A battery back-up and flood alarm system were installed with the new sump pump. The team consulted on a design for fully improving the basement space, including work on insulated, mold-resistant floor coverings. Communication with the company has been quick, professional, and easy to understand. My wife and I are continuing to work with this company on another project because we have been so pleased with their efforts on the waterproofing and sump pump install

I had a great experience working with Basement Systems USA. These guys were very professional, hardworking, and clean. They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldn't even work. I can truly forget about it now even in the worst of storms. In fact, that happened the following weekend after they left! A big storm came through and we even lost power for a couple of hours. The backup battery they installed let the sump pump keep working perfectly. Talk about just in time!

The crew was absolutely fantastic, they did a great job, they were quiet and professional, we could not be happier! 

Esteban was exceptional. Him and the crew did an excellent job. There were a few things I didn't understand and Esteban was there to answer all my questions.

Install went very well and we are very pleased with the work. Of course, it has not rained very hard recently, so time will tell. We have no questions at this time. Thank you!
