Mike Dyer was our tech on the job. He was nice, clean, and professional. Our space was not easy and Mike did a great Job. So far so good on the work. It has only been a few days but we noticed the area is very dry and clean.

My husband and I could not be happier with the work that Sean and his team did waterproofing our unfinished basement! They were polite, quick, quiet and clean. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the change in our basement. It went from being musty, damp and just smelling like a basement, in general... and after they were done, it just smelled and felt like any other room in the house! We were so impressed. We have since finished the basement and it is such a great addition to our home. We have weathered several severe Baltimore storms with not a drop of moisture down there! I highly recommend this company and their products to anyone interested in improving their basement and adding value to their home!

Mike was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and gave additional suggestions for things i could do around the property unrelated to the basement system put in.

The only complaint that I have about the work done is that when it came time to return my hot water tank back to its location near the wall of the basement I found that the installers had placed the port hole for the system right where I needed to put my hot water tank in order to reconnect it. Luckily I can still gain access to the port hole and didn't end up having to re-route my piping but it is semi-covered by the tank which is a bit of a hassle. Other than that I was very happy to see that they were able to install the system without having to cut away my finished walls.
