He was Extremely Knowledgeable and Excellent at Explaining to me what was going on for me to understand the entire system he was installing! On top of that Zak worked Diligently helping me to be Safe as a Handicapped Customer. Helped me up and down 13 steep steps, removing drop clothes from them each time so I would not trip in order to see the Great Progress they were making on my Beautiful Egress Window and Sump Pumps!
