Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer was having an issue of rain water coming in under the basement door and flooding her finished basement. We replaced her stairwell pad, added a trench drain to help stop the water and replaced the basement door. To make sure they always stay dry we installed a SuperSump and repaired the water damage.

Customer had an old Sump pump that just could not keep up with the amount of water getting into their basement, we came out and installed a TripleSafe Sump pump which can discharge 2200 gallons of water per hour, waterguard drainage system which will collect the water coming in through the walls and direct it to that TripleSafe sump pump and then to make sure the humidity levels in the basement stay down, we installed our Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

With living near the water, this customer constantly had a damp basement, water would often seep up through the floor and puddle in certain areas. Our solution to this problem was to install a Waterguard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement a TrenchDrain around one entry way, a TripleSafe SumpPump and a SaniDry dehumidifier. The Drainage systems will direct any water getting into the basement, to the TripleSafe to get pumped out and the SaniDry will keep the humidity levels in the basement, low.

This homeowner in Arnold, MD noticed water on the floor of their basement. They contacted us for an estimate because they knew if this went without a solution, it could cause rotting wood, increased energy bills, smelly carpets, and mold growth. We knew the WaterGuard French Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump would be the best solution for this size basement. WaterGuard will collect any water coming in through the foundation walls and up from the floor. The water is directed right to the TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove the water keeping the space dry and healthy. Triple Safe also has a backup battery that will kick in if the power goes out. This customer had a crack in his basement wall. When it rained his sump pump wasn't efficient so, the leak created mold along the base board. We did a mold treatment with Mold X 2, fixed the crack with FlexiSpan. We installed some WaterGuard and a SUPERSUMP M63 replacing his old inefficient system.
