Basement Systems USA recently installed a Super Sump system and waterguard track in my basement and an outside underground sump pump drain pipe with ice guard and lawnscape outlet. The crew did an excellent job installing everything and cleaning the work area when finished. My only criticism was that, after installing the new discharge pipe, they didn;t cement over the hole they'd made in the concrete wall. I called the service dept and the manager said of course they'd fix that. I also asked if the outside drain pipe could be shortneed so the lawnscape outlet would drain better over the lawn. Again, he said yes because they wanted me to be satisfied. Mike Dyer was the technician who came to do the additional work, and I can't praise him enough. He d id a beautiful job of cementing over the hole in the basement wall-- you'd never know it was there. He shortened the outside drain pipe, refilled & tamped down the trench, and then went the extra step of obtaining & installing a popup outlet that works better in my yard. Mike also installed an 8' chute on the downspout to drain water away from my patio. Basement Systems did not charge me for any additional work. They mean it when they say they want their customers to be happy. I would recomment them without hesitation.

Gary spent a lot of time explaining the mechanics of what had happened to cause my basement to flood. A lot of it was the opposite of my intuition, but he patiently answered all of my questions. In addition to an overall estimate for waterproofing our basement, Gary worked with me to sketch out a first-phase project that would solve our immediate issues while remaining reasonably affordable. I really appreciate that, and that is one of the reasons we'll be using your company in the future.

My experience with them was very good. They were very professional. They were very knowledgeable about what was happening in my house and about the issue that we were having. They didn't try to get us to spend needless amount on items that were not going to do anything different. We had someone come earlier and they were charging arm and leg for the job. But the gentleman from Basement Systems came and checked everything out.He had a computer with him and he pulled out everything and explained all the stuff for about two and half hours. He seemed to be pretty relaxed. I thought that it was expensive but it was fine for what we got.

I like working with Dave, he is very responsive to my concerns. I dealt with him alot on the phone. Because they are such a good company, they are giving me great warranties. I like the workmanship of the job so far. The technician that came out found out that the motor in my sump pump was not working, he is very thorough. They would always keep me up to date on what was going on, when they would be arriving, and any new information regarding my service.

Highly Recommend this company. I had a leaking wall and windows in my basement. They did an excellent job. The area was cleaned up. They showed up on time, and work a full day. The job was reviewed with me prior to starting, and after the work was done. I also got a courtesy call from the company. So far, no more leaks. I am pleased.
