Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This narrow crawlspace was damp and had a strong musty odor traveling into the house. To correct the issue we first did a Mold x 2 Treatment, then proceeded with installing a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, Clean Space vapor barrier, SilverGlo insulation and a Smart Sump with Floor Alarm.

Floors above the crawlspace were begining to sag in this new homeowners home. We came out it was deteremied the crawlspace needed a little more work than she had inspected.

There was moisture in the crawlspace causing areas of mold so first we treated the mold with a Mold X Treatment, then we installed a SilverGlo insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting, waterguard a Smart Sump with floor alarm and Sani Dry Sedona dehumidifier. The floors above the crawlspace had failing joist supports and rotted sill plates so we corrected the issue by replacing 11 sill plates, installed 5 Supplemental Steal Beams and 9 Smart Jacks.

This was a very tough low crawlspace with lots of dampness. We had to clean it out first and remove all the organic material.  Then we installed a drainage system with a SmartSump to deal with the water issues.  The floor and walls where covered with our Cleanspace Encapsulation System to keep the moisture from the ground from evaporating into the air.  The result is a transformed, dry, and safe crawlspace. 

For this job, we came out to the customers home and replaced the current cinder blocks they were using as a support system, with our SmartJack System. Smart Jacks are adjustable supports that provide support to sagging floors and also lifts and restores them to their orignal position.

This homeowner was having issues with excess moisture in his crawlspace and wanted us to turn it into a clean, dry, energy-efficient space. Here we did an encapsulation with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. We started by installing a SmartPipe Crawlspace Drain System with a SuperSump Pump System to eliminate any flooding water. We then laid down CleanSpace Drainage Matting which helps direct any water toward the perimeter drain. The old, tattered insulation was removed and replaced with SilverGlo Thermal Insulated Wall Panels, along with spray foam which we added to the rim joist area. Lastly, we wrapped the piers and walls with our CleanSpace Liner.
