This customer had a humid, dingy, dirty crawlspace. We installed our SaniDry - Upright XP, drainage matting and our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now this once dirty space can be used as storage.
This homeowner was interested in a crawlspace encapsulation and reached out to us to get the job done. This crawlspace had a dirt floor and issues with dampness. The customer was primarily concerned about mold becoming an issue. We started this job by removing the old insulation and replacing it with SilverGlo insulated wall panels. These panels are made with completely inorganic materials, and will not absorb moisture or support the growth of mold, rot, or mildew. Next, we installed Cleanspace Drainage Matting and our Cleanspace Liner. These products are designed to work together to transform a “problem” crawl space into a clean, dry, energy-efficient space.
Decent size crawlspace with some moisture problems and in need of some TLC. To help out we installed a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier, Clean Space Vapor barrier, and Terrablock Floor insulation with Drainage matting, all of this allows the crawlspace to be free of moisture while giving it a nice clean look.
This customer had a dirt floor crawlspace that she wanted to waterproof and encapsulate. We started this installation with removing debris and regrading the ground to redirect water towards the sump pump system. Next, we installed a SmartPipe crawlspace drainage system and added an IceGuard to the drainage line for extra protection from flooding during the cold seasons. Then we encapsulated the crawlspace using our CleanSpace vapor barrier.
This customer called us looking for help with his dirt floor crawlspace. He was looking to encapsulate and clean up the area overall. Here we used Silverglo foam paneling to provide insulation and our Cleanspace vapor barrier to seal away the dirt and moisture. We also installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to help cut down on humidity. This space has now transformed into a clean, dry crawlspace.
