This customer was trying to sell his home, but during the home inspections it came up that there was standing water in the crawlspace, fear of losing the sale, the customer reached out to us for some help.

After evaluating the crawlspace it was clear that there was indeed an on going issue with water intrusion. Our solution to this problem was to install Smart Pipe perimeter crawlspace drainage system, a Clean Space Vapor Barrier and a Smart Sump with Floor Alarm.
