Basement, Crawl Space, & Foundation Repair in Baltimore County, MD

A customer called us looking for a solution to keep their basement dry. To make this possible, Miguel and his crew installed WaterGuard XL and our ThermalDry wall system to capture and drain unwanted water from the walls and floor and into the perimeter drains. They also installed the WellDuct system to prevent flooding from window well leakage. Now, the customer has a more comfortable and energy efficient basement that is guaranteed to stay dry!

A homeowner was in need of a waterproofing system in order to keep their basement dry. Sean and his crew installed our quality SuperSump sump pump system along with the TrenchDrain and WaterGuard XL systems that capture and prevent water leakage along the basement floor and walls with no risk of damage or clogging. The homeowner couldn't be happier that their basement will now remain dry no matter the weather.

A customer had a big problem with water and mold in their basement. Luckily, we knew just what to do when they called us. After removing the carpet, we began our effective Spot Mold Treatment, ridding the space of mold for good. We then installed many of our reliable products to ensure the basement stays dry and mold free including our SuperSump sump pump which stops water from reentering the space as well as other outside elements such as debris. Other products we installed including the ThermalDry wall system and TrenchDrain system will guarantee that any water leaking into the home will be transferred into the drainage system while improving humidity and guaranteeing no risk of damage.

A customer wanted to ensure his crawlspace would stay dry and asked for our help. We installed our Drainage Matting and Cleanspace waterproofing systems that will capture any water leaking into the space and direct it to the drain and sump pump so that the crawlspace is always dry. We also insulated the walls with SilverGlo which seals walls to prevent moisture and humidity from entering the space. This customer wanted to fix his leaking basement and ensure it stayed dry even in the winter months. Our foreman and his team installed many of our top products to achieve this goal. While the SuperSump sump pump will pump out all unwanted water from the basement, the TrenchDrain and WaterGuard waterproofing systems were installed to guarantee the space stays dry, capturing any water that gets through the cracks and sending it to the pump. We used our ThermalDry wall system to rid wall seepage and help control the humidity. In addition, we added the UltraSump III as a backup sump pump and the IceGuard sump pump discharge line system which will prevent the basement from flooding if the pipes freeze during the winter. One of our customers wanted a dry basement in their home. We installed our high quality TripleSafe sump pump system, a reliable three pump system that prevents basement flooding even when the power is out. WaterGuard was also installed in order to ensure water leaking through the walls and floor will be caught and sent to the pump before any damage can be done. The customer now has a great living space in their basement where they don’t need to worry about flooding.

A homeowner with a leaky basement and mold problem called us to help. We used our Spot Mold Treatment to rid the space of all signs of mold and then replaced the existing damaged walls with our TBF Everlast walls that are guaranteed to stay mold and moisture free. This home was on the market but failed a inspection due to cracks in the foundation caused by bowing walls.  It was also missing a center beam.   We installed 13 CarbonArmor straps to guarantee that the wall would be structurally sounds and stop further bowing.  We also installed 4 SmartJack to hold up a new LVL center beams to support the joists.  

The result was that the floors are now properly supported and that walls are repaired.  Ready to list and sell.  

This basement had old dark paneling from the 70's.  There was also a foundation water seepage problem and damp smell.  

First we dried the space.  We installed 102 feet of Waterguard to keep the basement dry.  We also installed a SuperSump with UltraSump battery back up.   Then we finished the basement with TBF Everlast wall.  After installing a drop ceiling, we installed Thermal Tile subflooring that is designed to insulate the floor and protect the carpet.  The floor surface Temperature will now be up to 7 degrees warmer.  It also prevent carpet dry rot which comes from vapor transmission through the concrete floor. This job is ready for carpet. 

This Basement needed an upgraded SuperSump system with a battery backup. We also had to put in a septic sump right next to it so that we could install a full bathroom.  Like most basement, there was also a problem with humidity, so we installed our SaniDry dehumidifier. This system comes with duct work to vent into the finished room. In addition to this, we used TBF wall panels and flooring system, which are guaranteed against water or mold damage. There is no chance of this basement getting ruined by water ever again.  Lastly, we installed an egress window and window well. The job went smooth and the results are self-evident.  Another beautiful, dry, basement.  

This basement had an old waterproofing systems with and old sump which was not making the cut.  We ripped it all out and installed the new Waterguard systems along with a TripleSafe Sump system that includes the Batter Back-up pump.  

This block wall wa sin trouble.  Preasure from the soil and water pushed the wall inwards causing it to bow.  The best solution in this case was to install GeoLock wall anchors.  These anchors are guaranteed for a period of 25 years against failure, insuring that the wall will not fail.  The exavation outside was cleaned up perfectly and you can hardly see we where there.  

The basement in this church had a monolithic foundations. Monolothic foundation are different then standard foundations because the floor is poured as part of the footer and the foundation walls are placed on top of the floor.  This means that we cannot cut the floor to install the traditional sub-floor drainage system to waterproof the basement. 

After we removed the walls, toilet, and sink, we installed the DryTrak cove channel system that drains water away without cutting the floor.  The bathroom is waterproofed and ready to be put back together. 

This basement use to be finished, but constant water seepage destroyed it and made it unusable and dangerous due to mold. These kinds of conditions are potentially hazardous to your health, and the loss of equity is often two or three times more than the cost of repair. 

The first thing we did was gut the whole basement out by removing all organic material. This included all drywall, flooring, doors, and wooden shelving. The we installed the WaterGuard basement waterproofing system around the perimeter.  This system removes water out of the walls and from under the floor and redirects it into a sump pump. Then we installed a vapor barrier against the walls so that the home owner could re-install walls without worrying about moisture from the foundation walls.

The result is that the basement is bone dry, ready to be re-finished. The home’s value has been restored and the basement is safe again. 

Our team waterproofed this Upper Falls, MD basement to keep it dry all the time!
