An indoor sump pump struggling to manage water effectively behind the outdoor stairs, risking damage not just to the property, but to the homeowner's peace of mind. After contacting our customer care, the homeowner was introduced to our System Design Specialist. Following a comprehensive home inspection, we diagnosed the need for a dual approach: the installation of our dependable WaterGuard system and an UltraSump System. The WaterGuard system was designed to intercept water at the basement perimeter, directing it efficiently to the UltraSump, which would then safely expel the water away from the home.
Not long ago, we received a call from a homeowner in Catonsville, MD who was tackling a tough problem. They had a partially finished basement that welcomed water, but only from one particular area of the elevated floor – an area far removed from the sump pump's reach. Understandably, this issue posed quite the annoyance and concern, particularly about the damage it could inflict on their space over time. Right off the bat, our customer care team set an appointment for a thorough home inspection. One of our talented System Design Specialists hit the ground running, diagnosing the culprit behind the unwelcome water with precision. The recommendation? A novel combo of our steadfast WaterGuard system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump.
