A customer called us looking for a solution to keep their basement dry. To make this possible, Miguel and his crew installed WaterGuard XL and our ThermalDry wall system to capture and drain unwanted water from the walls and floor and into the perimeter drains. They also installed the WellDuct system to prevent flooding from window well leakage. Now, the customer has a more comfortable and energy efficient basement that is guaranteed to stay dry!

A homeowner was in need of a waterproofing system in order to keep their basement dry. Sean and his crew installed our quality SuperSump sump pump system along with the TrenchDrain and WaterGuard XL systems that capture and prevent water leakage along the basement floor and walls with no risk of damage or clogging. The homeowner couldn't be happier that their basement will now remain dry no matter the weather.

This customer wanted to fix his leaking basement and ensure it stayed dry even in the winter months. Our foreman and his team installed many of our top products to achieve this goal. While the SuperSump sump pump will pump out all unwanted water from the basement, the TrenchDrain and WaterGuard waterproofing systems were installed to guarantee the space stays dry, capturing any water that gets through the cracks and sending it to the pump. We used our ThermalDry wall system to rid wall seepage and help control the humidity. In addition, we added the UltraSump III as a backup sump pump and the IceGuard sump pump discharge line system which will prevent the basement from flooding if the pipes freeze during the winter. With all of these quality products, the customer is now happy with his dry basement and is confident that it will stay that way.

A homeowner with a leaky basement and mold problem called us to help. We used our Spot Mold Treatment to rid the space of all signs of mold and then replaced the existing damaged walls with our TBF Everlast walls that are guaranteed to stay mold and moisture free. To keep the basement staying in great condition, we added more of our quality products. The SuperSump sump pump was installed to prevent water from getting into the home and the Cleanspace wall system, WaterGuard and DryTrak systems will be used to capture and send any leaking water to the drain as will the ThermalDry Wall System which improves the basement’s comfort and energy use. The homeowner is very happy with the improved and guaranteed dry basement.

This basement did not have a drainage system, but it did have an old sump pump and drain outside of the stair well that was not functional. We upgraded the sump pump with our SuperSump system, and installed our WaterGuard interior drainage system along the basement walls. This will guarantee that the water will direct from the drain system and into our sump pump for a safe and dry basement. After, we ripped out the old stairwell pad and drain, and replaced it with the correct size of our TrenchDrain. Another Job well done and another dry basement. 

This basement had lots of problems. There were structural problems plus water leaking issues and the customer also wanted to re-finish it. The first thing we did was install CarbonArmor on the foundation walls to guarantee that they would no continue to crack and bow.  Then we installed a SuperSump system with WaterGuard  to prevent water seepage.  Once the waterproofing and structural repairs were completed, we removed all the old paneling and installed the TBF EverLast wall system. TBF comes with a 50 year guarantee against water damage and mold growth.  Once the walls were up, we installed MillCreek waterproof flooring and an inorganic and mold resistant drop ceiling.  The job came out great, but more importantly, the right materials were used. This basement will not have mold and odor issues in a the future. 

This commercial building had a basement that was remodeled in the 50's.  It leaked during almost every storm and the water had caused mold problems on the old wall sand flooring. 

Basement Systems USA, Inc. went in and removed the flooring and the old walls to remediate the mold.  Then we installed the WaterGuard waterpoofing system with SuperSump.  The discharge line for the SuperSump was tricky.  We had to break open the sidewalk and extend the pipe to the street so that there would not be any ice on the sidewalk in the winters.  

When the waterproofing was done, we replaced the walls with moisture resistant DryWall and waterproof flooring so that there was no chance old mold or water damage.  

This old home in Baltimore city had a fieldstone foundation which leaked everywhere.  We installed the WaterGuard basement waterproofing systems around the perimeter.  The system was connected to a SuperSump system which will automatically pump the water out of the house.  A WaterWatch alarm will monitor the pump and notify the homeowner if the pump fails.  We also installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to reduce moisture transmission through the foundation.  Finally, we also installed the larger TrenchDrain in the stairwell with a new concrete stairwell pad. 

This Baltimore basement had an outdoor drain that often became clogged, and was ultimately un-fixable. Our team instead installed our TripleSafe sump pump system in the basement, which was connected to a feed line.
