This customer had very uneven floors upstairs so we had to install 4 Smart Jacks to support the joists.  Smart Jacks are far superior then regular columns because they are galvanized, preventing them from ever rusting.  They also carry twice the load and include a 25 year warranty. A WaterGuard perimeter drainage systems was installed to stop water seepage.  We also installed a SuperSump to drain all the water out of the basement.
