I had our first annual maintenance service as our system had been installed back in June, 2010. Our service person was Devin. He showed up on time (actually earlier) and did a thorough examination of our system including the sump pump. He discovered a glitch in the system and replaced the existing pump with a new one. Finished Basement with Egress, Thermal Floor & Bath in Collegeville

We transformed this basement with inorganic TBF Everlast Walls so that there would be no chance of mold growth. Also installed and Egress window, a full bathroom, and used ThermalFloor tiles to keep the feet warm.

The Egress was actually able to be installed without an Egress Well since there was enough room above grade for the window. The Customer also wanted a little half-kitchen. Job well done. Another satisfied customer.
