We have a 100 year old house with a stone foundation. It has an existing perimeter/french drain system with 2 separate sump pits and pumps, but water comes in above the floor line, directly through the walls, during moderate and heavy rain. Because the french drain has been sealed with concrete to make it air-tight for a radon depressurization fan/system, we are looking for estimates on how to keep the water that's coming in through the walls from going all over the floor, while maintaining the integrity of the radon system. we have had 3-4 estimates already and each have proposed a different solution to the problem. you were specifically recommended by friends of the family and would like to arrange an estimate/proposal.

Miguel is first rate. He did everything to communicate and keep me up to date right from the beginning. He supervised his crew well, and worked hard himself. As mentioned above, he took special care to have the crew clean up. I never mentioned anything about that, he did it on his own.

He also offered some suggestions on other products your company offers that we might want to consider in the future. Not pushy, just informative. I liked that.

He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was working OK. Way to go.

I have used Basement Systems in two houses. The first was a basement that was continually wet year round and unusable. After the system was installed the basement has never been wet again and I use it for storage. The second was a crawl space that would fill up with 2 inches of water every time it rained. After the system was installed the space is bone dry even in the heaviest rainfall. This system works and is worth the investment. Nothing else can compare in quality and performance to a Basement System.

Basement systems recently performed a full mold remediation, installed a french drain, leveled the floor, installed a dehumidifier and then installed a floating floor. The work was performed with exceptional quality. I could not be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to utilize them again for any waterproofing needs.

The ONLY negative comment I have is that a few of the workers were smokers who would smoke near the house, thus making the inside of our house smell like smoke, as well as leaving butts on the ground. Not cool.

I had our first annual maintenance service as our system had been installed back in June, 2010. Our service person was Devin. He showed up on time (actually earlier) and did a thorough examination of our system including the sump pump. He discovered a glitch in the system and replaced the existing pump with a new one. He was courteous, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I appreciate the outstanding job that he did; his services reinforced my trust in using Basement Systems. Thanks again.
