Our basement is taking on water at the bottom of the basement steps towards the front of the house. We are in a row home and It seems to be getting worse, The water seems to be coming up through the floor since all the walls are dry and in tact with no visible cracks or leaks. Seems like ground water is coming up when we have heavy rains. We would like too have someone come out and take a look and give us an idea of what needs to be done. Thank you,

I don't know what to call the space, you enter from the outside through steel cellar doors taking steps down, you can stand in the space, there's a dirty floor & unfinished rock walls. It houses the hot water heater, sump pump, furnace, & duct work. The furnace & ducts are rusted from the moisture. They are being replaced and I'm looking for a solution to prevent future rusting.

Miguel is first rate. He did everything to communicate and keep me up to date right from the beginning. He supervised his crew well, and worked hard himself. As mentioned above, he took special care to have the crew clean up. I never mentioned anything about that, he did it on his own.

He also offered some suggestions on other products your company offers that we might want to consider in the future. Not pushy, just informative. I liked that.

He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was working OK. Way to go.
