We recently had the opportunity to assist a homeowner in Chesapeake City, MD, who was dealing with an all-too-common issue in homes around the area—a leaky and inefficient crawlspace. This home had a unique setup: a two-part crawlspace, one side featuring a fully stand-up area with a concrete floor, the other not as tall and covered with nothing but a thin layer of plastic. The homeowner wanted to encapsulate the smaller area to protect their home and improve their living environment. Our System Design Specialist, equipped with the expertise to diagnose and recommend personalized solutions, identified the perfect approach for turning their damp, musty crawlspace into a clean, dry space once and for all. The CleanSpace liner was meticulously cut and installed to completely seal off the crawlspace floor and walls from earth moisture and pests.
