This basement was particularly finished and had a water seepage problem. The carpet and bottom of the drywall got wet and had to be removed.
We then cut the floor and installed the WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter walls. WaterGuard is a patented system that has been installed all over the country and comes with a nationally backed, life time warranty.
