Only negative comment is that I was told we could get a 6-month interest free loan to pay the balance. Never received information as to process--bank, paperwork, etc. Therefore, we had to pay the balance upon finish of job.

The only complaint that I have about the work done is that when it came time to return my hot water tank back to its location near the wall of the basement I found that the installers had placed the port hole for the system right where I needed to put my hot water tank in order to reconnect it. Luckily I can still gain access to the port hole and didn't end up having to re-route my piping but it is semi-covered by the tank which is a bit of a hassle. Other than that I was very happy to see that they were able to install the system without having to cut away my finished walls.

When I bought my home last year, the radon test from the home inspection was 1.7 pCi/L (4/1/2020). We had a renovation shortly after and during the renovation the sump pump was changed, but the contractor did not seal the sump pit.
