At this property Radon levels were coming back at a 74.54 pCi/L which is extremely high and in need of a mitigation system. Our Radon specialist went out to the home and performed a Radon Depressurization System that is tied into the sump pump system. We ran a pipe that runs through the basement to the attic and through the roof that dedicates a safer home for the owner.

Here we installed a dome lid over the sump system to pull the Radon from the soil up through the PVC piping

On this PVC pipe we placed the manometer reader so the owner can track the levels of Radon coming through
Premium Radon Fan
In the attic we installed the premium radon fan that creates the suction and pushes the gas out of the home through the roof
