At this Coatesville property the owner recently tested for Radon with results of 33.1 pCi/L which is extremely high and is in need of mitigating. We installed our Radon Mitigation system that will depressurize the soil beneath the structure of the home and redirects the Radon gas safely out of the home. The Premium Radon Fan can be installed on the side of the house that will safely pull it from the soil.
