My experience with them was very good. They were very professional. They were very knowledgeable about what was happening in my house and about the issue that we were having. They didn't try to get us to spend needless amount on items that were not going to do anything different. We had someone come earlier and they were charging arm and leg for the job. But the gentleman from Basement Systems came and checked everything out.He had a computer with him and he pulled out everything and explained all the stuff for about two and half hours. He seemed to be pretty relaxed. I thought that it was expensive but it was fine for what we got.

The crew were professional,courteous they showed the progress as they were completeing the work .All in all I would hire that crew again. They cleaned up ever day they worked. The salesman was willing to give me a day to make my decision, the office personal was also friendly and courteous and the prompt service with your company was appreciated. I would recommend your company to anyone.

I contacted the company regarding my dirt crawl space and moisture that was coming through into the home. They came out and encapsulated the crawl space turning it into a clean, dry and moisture free space. I am happy with the work that was done and the team that did the work answered all my questions and were efficient .

My foreman Bernie was great! He was so helpful and he really went above and beyond for me.

Basement Systems USA sent out a crew led by a foreman named Esteban. The crew had to work both inside and outside of my home while I was working from home. The crew was extremely professional. They left NOTHING around, or inside, my home when they left and other than some noise I couldn't even tell they were there. I would recommend this company and this crew to anybody looking to have work done around their home.

Devoin was completely acceptable and Empathetic to the situation with my ill sister and went beond expectations to accommodate us and avoid any disruptions in her life.
