Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer reached out to our company in need of a solution for his damp and humid crawlspace. Currently insulation was falling down and there was a dehumidifier running 24/7 that he found himself emptying, at least twice a day. We came out to the property and installed our SilverGlo Insulation, Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SmartDrain and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this bright,clean and dry crawlspace can be used for storage again and the homeowner can be worry free of any damages that may have been caused by water and mold. 

For this Willow Street PA crawlspace, we removed all improperly installed insulation and then did a Mold X2 Treatment. We then went on to install our SilverGlo Insulation which features a radiant barrier that will reflect heat back in to your crawlspace. Next to install was the CleanSpace VaporBarrier which will stop any water vapors from entering in to the crawlspace. Finally we finish up with an install of a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier which will filter and dry the air and eliminate musty odors.

This house had problems with bouncy and sagging floors.  We installed three SmartJacks with galvanized steel beams to help carry the load of the joist. First we dig holes in the floor and filled them with crushed stone to provide a base for the SmartJacks.  Then we install the jacks with 8 foot long galvanized steel beams.  This solved the problem.  The floor is nice and sturdy.  

This homeowner was experiencing water and moisture within her dirt crawl space. Our team encapsulated the crawl space for her and included a pump for inside the space. This pump was connected to the shown discharge line to expel any collected water.

This homeowner had some trouble in her crawlspace after Hurricane Ida came through. There was standing water, mold and a musty smell. The customer was interested in waterproofing solutions and wanted the space encapsulated. Here we began removing all the old insulation and treating the area with Mold-X2 Cleaner and Botanical. Since the space had issues with standing water, we installed a SmartSump Sump Pump System to route away any incoming water. The old insulation was replaced with SilverGlo Thermal Insulated Panels. To encapsulate the space we laid down CleanSpace Drainage Matting followed by our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Liner.
