 Thanks for reaching out.  I left reviews on Google and BBB for the team.  In short, I was very pleased with  the outcome, and the Team of Bernie, Tyler, and James were great.  I felt they had my best interest in mind and completed the job as though it was their own home they were working on, which is very much appreciated.  I suppose the true test will be when we get the next big rain and prove it by no water in the basement, but I"m confident with the install and the products that we should be fine.  Here's hope that you'll never hear from me again.  Thanks
