Here's a customer that with heavy rains his exising drain wasn't enough to stop water from coming in under his walkout basement door. This issue would cause his basement to flood to his old sump pump was. We installed a TrenchDrain outside the door with some WaterGuard XL as well as our Z Triplesafe 3. He so satisfied with our system, he decided to replace the existing flooring with our Elite Plank- Walnut flooring.
Customer was receiving water in through the front portion of the basement when it rained. We added a clean space vapor barrier to a small portion of the wall, installed a super sump and waterguard to control the water issue.
Customer called with concerns of water coming in through the wall, in one corner of the basement, the issue was a bad repair job that was done on a vertical crack along the wall. We came out and installed our Flexispan wall crack repair system which permanently stops water from entering through the wall crack
This project in Severn Maryland was for 4 window replacements. Currently the customer just had 4 standard cut outs for windows, but there weren't actually any windows, just metal frames with foam wedged in the opening. We came out and installed 4 of our EverLast Windows along with 2 Sunhouse Wells with Dome covers.
This Baltimore County resident had Basement Systems out to another property of his for basement waterproofing. Leaving that property behind and purchasing another in the same county, it unfortunately had the same issue, when it would rain, water would enter in through the block foundation walls. Liking the waterproofing system that was installed at his other property, he reached back out to us for help.
We fully waterproofed this basement with the help of our CleanSpace vapor barrier, Waterguard, SuperSump Pump and IceGuard. Our CleanSpace is placed from floor to ceiling on the foundation walls and it is tied directly into the Waterguard perimeter drain. Any water that may think it is getting into this basement to cause issues, will be met by this barrier and it will be directed straight down to the Waterguard. Once water enters the Waterguard it will then travel over to the SuperSump Pump. SuperSump then takes that water and pumps it outside via the discharge line. As added protection for the basement, we installed our IceGuard on the exterior of the foundation, where the discharge line is. Thanks to the design of our Iceguard, it will stop any water from backing into the basement if and when the discharge line freezes in those cold winter months.
