I first phoned Basement Systems about two years ago. he came to my home, assessed the situation, and made his recommendations. He explained very well - so clearly, with all the details, and no sales pressure. I was not an easy sell, but he was always very courteous and helpful when I phoned for more facts and for the names of local customers. 

This summer, I phoned to ask him about an Ultrasump. Again he was patient and very imofrmative. After my husband also talked thim, we decided to get this pump. Pete installed it, and did the annual check-up and service at the same time. He told me of ways I could improve my situation with a sincere interest in amking my absement as dry as possible, and a strong belief in your products.
