Our Overall Service
a lot of communication to customer regarding rules and regulations, but a basic communication breakdown regarding the actual job. see below. Communication is a beautiful thing.
Call Representative
the job was scheduled for Monday July 27, the contract says, in the unlikely event that something unforeseen happened it could more than a day. we were surprised when the crew arrived and said they were only here to spray, and that the encapsulation was going to be done on the 28th. I had several conversations with Dave and Tina on the phone and at no time did either of them give me any inclination that it WAS a two day job, the crew were just as surprised as us us that the office hadn't communicated that fact to us.
Sales Process
Mike was very personable and explained everything as best as he could , however, although he did say, eventually we should have the dehumidifier wired in by an electrician he didn't really stress the importance of doing it like it was stressed in a list of instructions that we were bombarded with thereafter.
Our Installation Crew
The crew and John the electrician were very polite and apologetic for the miscommunication, they completed their work in a professional manner.
