Photo Album: Crawlspace Encapsulation in Columbia MD

All 4 seasons of the year, would bring water in to this customers crawlspace, he finally got tired of the puddles, mold and wood rot and decided to give a call to assess.  After assessing the customers crawlspace, we decided it would be best to do a Mold X2 treatment on the entire crawlspace. Once the treatment was done we would install our SilverGlo insulated wall panels along with a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier and drainage matting. This install also included 2 Smart Sumps, smart pipe, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, vent covers, a new crawlspace door with access well and finally, Joist Sistering.
