What It Does:

  • Our complete EverLast™ Finished Wall Restoration System installed in a basement, complete with floor molding and our stylish chair rail.
  • Drywall that's been damaged by moisture and water will grow mold and show significant structural weakening. It should be cut away quickly before the mold spreads and develops into a much larger issue.
  • Our contractor will carefully remove the damaged portion of your drywall and cut away any water-damaged wood studs.
  • Once the drywall has been cut away and all other damaged wood studs and insulation have been removed, the restoration process can begin.
  • We begin our installation process by replacing the bottom of the wood studs with metal studs.

This wall system includes metal studs and an inorganic, mold-resistant wall product that replaces the bottom 32" of your home's drywall.

An inorganic base molding and decorative chair rail makes this an appealing, long-lasting solution that will keep your basement looking great!

Installation Time:

The new system cannot be installed until the drainage system has been installed.

Once the concrete dries, the wall system is installed. The overall installation can be completed within a week.
