General Comments: Customer service is above and beyond excellent! 7 years ago, you put support straps on a basement wall. This job was unrelated, but there was as much concern and review over the previous work to make sure it was holding as there was over the new work. Thank you for a job well done and for the extra work your crew did to make me happy with the final look of the repair.

The ground was too frozen when the job was done, so clean up (in our case, grading) wasn't completed until 4 months later. I was concerned - the bill had been paid in full - would you really come back for a day to clean up the way I wanted? Yes - and even finished with more detail and care than I was expecting. Not my usual experience with a company; it was a very welcome surprise!
