Our salesman Mark Loeffer was vary easy going. He scheduled the work and they showed up when he said. The job was done in a day and the site cleanup was excellent. A very good experience with Basement Systems USA.

Basement systems gave us a new area in our home to enjoy, our basement. They water proofed it and that gave us a dry space to finish off as additional living space.

Customer service is above and beyond excellent! 7 years ago, you put support straps on a basement wall. This job was unrelated, but there was as much concern and review over the previous work to make sure it was holding as there was over the new work. Thank you for a job well done and for the extra work your crew did to make me happy with the final look of the repair.
Since I had the basement done there has been no rain, so I have not been able to judge the overall system yet. If it is as good as the service and installation it should prove to be a great asset to my home.
Basement systems recently performed a full mold remediation, installed a french drain, leveled the floor, installed a dehumidifier and then installed a floating floor. The work was performed with exceptional quality. I could not be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to utilize them again for any waterproofing needs.
I had our first annual maintenance service as our system had been installed back in June, 2010. Our service person was Devin. He showed up on time (actually earlier) and did a thorough examination of our system including the sump pump. He discovered a glitch in the system and replaced the existing pump with a new one. He was courteous, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I appreciate the outstanding job that he did; his services reinforced my trust in using Basement Systems. Thanks again.

This is a fantastic basement waterproofing and crawl space vapor barrier company. They worked on my old house and for three years it was completely dry! They installed a french drain, sump pump and basement dehumidifier in one day and were in and out before I knew it! Thanks so much!
While there were a few issues and problems associated with this job, I really do feel that BasementSystemsUSA and especially David Ryan were very responsive in taking care of them in a timely and professional manner. Returning my phone call on a Sunday, unable to reach my handyman or my oil company, he assured me that a dripping copper line on my oil tank was not something to be overly concerned about, which was later in the day confirmed by my oil company.
Jorge deserves a special "thank you" for dealing in a calm manner with all those little irritations which creep up on a dirty job such as this. Also,I really want to thank the young man who was elected to install the WaterGuard in the extremely tight working space he had available. He got that very difficult job because he was the smallest of the crew and he needs to be told that had it not been possible to install the WaterGuard around the entire perimeter of the basement, his company would not have gotten this job.
Gary Groenewold deserves special mention for having had the patience to put up with my endless doubts, questions and changing my mind ultiple times on how the job should be done. Dank U, since your name is actually Dutch, or Danke Schoen!
Lastly, I very much appreciated Peter Westera visiting the job site twice to make sure that everything was being done properly. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
